How Stellard Age works
1 Scan ID
The customer scans their ID document at the Stellard device Age.
2 Check age
Stellard Age checks the age (default > 18, adjustable on request) and logs the scan.
3 Approve or deny
If old enough, the door or fridge is released – otherwise denied.

- By default the Stellard device Age closes a circuit – for doorbell locks that open when the circuit is closed.
- For magnetic locks we wire it the other way: the device interrupts an existing circuit.
- We’ll gladly clarify with you which variant fits.
- Power for the opening mechanism is not part of the Stellard device Age.
- Installation is done by the customer or an electrician.
