How Stellard works

  1. 1

    Scan ID

The customer scans their ID document at the Stellard device.

  2. 2

    Check age

Stellard checks the age (default > 18, adjustable on request) and logs the scan.

  3. 3

    Approve or deny

If old enough, access is granted – otherwise denied.

On-site installation

By default the Stellard device closes a circuit – for doorbell locks that open when the circuit is closed. For magnetic locks we wire it the other way: the device interrupts an existing circuit. We’ll gladly clarify with you which variant fits. Power for the opening mechanism is not part of the Stellard device. Installation is done by the customer or an electrician.
