A typical example: two locations, each with a compact checkout and a payment terminal. The Retail plan includes the first checkout; every additional one costs CHF 59.– per month. Prices are taken from our current price list, all excluding VAT.
The Retail plan covers up to three stores, the Pro plan up to ten. You can add a beer fridge with age verification or a scale when building your quote.

All stores in one place
Under “Stores” you create each location with its address. For each store you decide what appears on the receipt, which payment methods the checkout offers and how it looks.

Stock per location
Stock management shows every product per store with quantity and status. You move goods between two shops with “Transfer Stock”.

For each member you set the role and the stores. Anyone responsible for just one shop only sees that shop’s purchases and stock.

Price tags from your product data
Search or scan products, choose a layout and print as a PDF – for example on plastic cards in credit card format. Name, price and supplier come from the product master data.

Frequently asked questions
Can I run several shops with one account?
Yes. All stores share one product catalogue; for each product you decide whether it is only sold in certain stores. You see stock, purchases and statistics per store. The Basis plan covers one store, Retail up to three, Pro up to ten.
Can I sell gift cards?
Yes, with the Retail plan. Every gift card has a code with a QR code, a value and an expiry date; you create them one at a time or many at once. You print the QR code on your own card design. The customer scans it at the checkout, and the credit is offset against the purchase.
How do I label a range that changes often?
With price tags in the Retail plan: select products or capture them with the scanner, choose a layout and print as a PDF. The layouts fit the Brother QL-820NWBc label printer and the Evolis Zenius card printer. The printers themselves are not part of the scango.ch service.
Can I give personal advice and still be open around the clock?
Yes. The checkout works the same whether someone is in the shop or not. That way you combine fixed advice hours with unattended opening hours in the evening, at weekends or overnight.
What does a second location cost?
Each location needs a checkout with payment terminal and cabling – with the Sunmi K2 mini that’s CHF 2’700.– one-off. In the Retail and Pro plans, every additional checkout costs CHF 59.– per month. The Retail plan covers up to three stores, the Pro plan up to ten.
