Every line in its place
An AI only reads the delivery note. Which order a line means is decided by fixed rules: the EAN first, then the article number (also from supplier catalogues such as Aligro), then matches you confirmed on earlier notes, and the name only last. The note is compared with this supplier's open orders in your store.
- Matches: order found, quantity right – selected already.
- Quantity differences: on a partial delivery the remainder can stay open as a new order.
- Unclear: you assign the line to the right order in one click.
- Not ordered: if the product is certain by EAN or article number, you book it without an order – the order is created and booked right away.
- Ordered, not delivered: these orders stay open.
scango.ch remembers every confirmed match for the next note of the same supplier. A delivery note number is booked only once; for a duplicate we ask first. The original is stored, and in the dashboard you see it right next to the lines.

Is anything booked automatically?
No. The matching only suggests. Nothing is booked until you confirm the check, and only the lines you selected.
Where do I capture the delivery note?
In the staff app "scango.ch Admin" under Stock › Orders at the supplier, or in the dashboard under Process Delivery. A photo (JPEG, PNG, WebP) or a PDF up to 10 MB is enough.
What does it save me?
Ticking off every line and typing in quantities. You only look closely where something does not match.
What do I need?
Matching builds on inventory management and stock orders, so Retail plan or higher. Notes are compared with orders marked as ordered.
