Financial Reports

Financial Reports – BETA version from Q1 2026

The financial report provides an overview and detailed breakdown for the individually selected period, including:

  • Sales revenue
  • Gift card revenue
  • VAT
  • Payment methods

If you operate multiple stores, these values are also displayed separately per store.

Once finalized, the financial report can be used directly as a booking document in PDF format or exported as an .xlsx or .csv file for further processing in your accounting software or statistics tool.

Create Report

  • Predefined: Financial report periods for months or quarters are predefined.
  • Custom: The reporting period can be selected freely.

Financial Report

You will receive a summary of revenues grouped by:

  • VAT rates
  • Stores
  • Payment methods

You can export the financial report in different formats for review or further processing in your accounting system. Available formats: PDF, Excel, CSV

  • Delete financial report: If you notice in draft mode that you need to select a different period or correct errors in purchases, you can delete the financial report while it is still in draft status.
  • Finalize financial report: After your review and any external processing, you can finalize the financial report. Once finalized, it remains fixed with the corresponding values for documentation purposes and stays accessible within the Financial Reports module.
