Payouts – BETA version from Q1 2026
If you sell products from suppliers under a “shop-in-shop” concept (or similar models), the Payouts module enables you to regularly transfer the revenue share of the products sold to your suppliers.
The module automatically generates settlement statements for your suppliers, which can be sent by email. In addition, it creates a payment file that you can upload directly to your e-banking system.
Payout calculations are based on the defined margins set for the suppliers or, alternatively, on the margins defined for the individual supplier products. All products assigned to the respective supplier are included in the payout.
To enable payouts, you must first enter the required supplier information under Settings > Suppliers.
Create Payout

On the overview page, you can see the status of payouts already processed, grouped by period. You can filter by status:
- Draft
- Finalized
- Paid
Click the “Create Payout” button to start a new payout period. Select the desired payout period in the pop-up window.

Payout Summary – Draft
In draft mode, review the planned payouts carefully:
- Unassigned items (if any): These items could not be assigned to a supplier at the time of sale.
Resolve them by processing the list: assign the correct supplier or remove the item from the payout.
- Set the payment date: Define the date on which the payout will be executed.
- Export: If required, export the draft as an
.xlsxor.pdffile for review. - Finalize payout: Click this button once you have completed the review and want to finalize the payout.

Payout Summary – Finalized

The payouts, including the sales statements for suppliers, are finalized and ready for processing.
- Export: If required, export the final PDF and spreadsheet documents. You can also export the payment file for your bank at this stage.
- Send email: Send the sales statements directly to your suppliers from the dashboard as PDF and XLSX files.
In the preview, you can review the email before sending, define the subject line and default text, and exclude individual suppliers from the email dispatch if necessary.

- Mark as processed: After sending the documents to the suppliers and executing the payout via your bank (using the payment file), you can set the payout status to “processed.”
The payout remains visible in this status for documentation purposes.
